You can view LiveMessages that you have already sent to family members via ChildPlus if your ChildPlus Administrator configured the message to be logged in Email/Text Message Settings. Provided that the LiveMessage was sent to family members and the message was configured to be logged in the Communication Log Family Services event, you can run a Family Services report (for example, 4110-Family Service History or 4130-Family Service Actions) to pull actions from the Communication Log event.
In this example, the Communication Log event is checked on the Report Setup screen for report 4130 - Family Service Actions:
Tip: Keep in mind that it is not possible to run a report to show the LiveMessages that have been sent to staff or In-Kind volunteers. You can only run reports to show LiveMessages sent to participants and their family members. |
